Introduction to “How to buy a home from a Foreclosure Action”
Wed 6-8 pm Pacific Time
This online, interactive class, will walk the student from the start to the finish, of how to buy a home from a Public Auction. All classes are taught by an instructor who has personally gone through the entire auction process, and purchased a home.
Class size is limited, so reserve your seat today. Included with each class, is a download for a workbook that accompanies the class.

Advanced Class

This class is for individuals who have completed the introductory class and are wanting to purchase a more complicated property.

Real Estate Professionals Class
Mon 10-12 am Pacific Time
This class is for Real Estate Agents. It includes the entire introductory class, as well as how to market this option to your clients, and how to collect your commission from the auction once your client is the winning bidder.

Consulting
Personal one on one consulting is available.

Important…..When paying for a class, you must give an email address. This is the only way we can send you the information and codes to log into the class.
There are no refunds for any class purchases, as class sizes are limited. You may be able to reschedule a class at the discretion of the administration.
